'Software' refers to the application Saintly Folder Zipper and it's related files and installers.
'Author' refers to the owners of SaintlySoft and any other person(s) who has/have written any portion of the software.
1. The software is freeware and can be freely distributed provided it is unmodifed and in it's original distribution format.
2. The software may not be reversed engineered or changed in any way without the express permission of the author(s).
3. The software is provided as is and may not perform as expected or required.
4. Under no circumstances may the software be sold or distributed for any amount of money unless the cost is related to a distribution medium (such as the cost of a CD-R disc or postage and packaging). Freeware is free and has no price.
5. No responsibility or liability will be accepted in the unlikely event that the software causes damage to your hardware, your operating system or anything else for that matter (directly or indirectly). You use the software entirely at your own risk.
